How I work

My work is grounded in psychology, but it is not clinical in the traditional sense. Rather, it is a structured, friendly conversation where we discover what is happening beneath the surface—especially in moments of pressure, hesitation, or emotional intensity.

I do not diagnose or “fix” you. Neither do I give advice. Instead, I help you access clarity, stability, and your own inner direction—so that change becomes possible from within.

What I appreciated most was that Eva never told me what I should do. She asked questions that made me look at things differently. I came in thinking I needed to make one big decision and left understanding that the real question was what kind of life I wanted to build here.

After several years abroad, I felt caught between two versions of myself. I no longer completely identified with the person I had been back home, but I didn’t entirely feel that I belonged here either. Our conversations helped me see that I didn’t have to choose between the two.”

“Budapest had become home, but somehow I hadn’t built a life that felt like mine. Working with Eva helped me reconnect with the things that matter to me and start making choices more deliberately instead of simply adapting to whatever came next.”

I used to feel like a punching bag between my parents and my husband. That dynamic has completely changed — they get on well now. I still find it hard to believe, but here we are. Thank you, Evi.

I came to Budapest excited about starting a new chapter, but after a while I realised I wasn’t quite sure where I belonged anymore. Talking with Eva helped me understand how much living abroad had changed me — and what I wanted my life here to look like now
